Homewood Suites by Hilton Establishes Presence in Surrey’s City Centre at the Health and Technology District

Unique hospitality partnership announced by Hilton, Aquilini Group, Lark Group and ICT Group

Surrey, BC (April 14, 2025) — The Health and Technology District, by ICT Group and Lark Group, is excited to announce that Hilton will be expanding into Surrey and establishing its presence at their nearly completed City Centre 4 (CC4) building. Managed by Aquilini Group, Homewood Suites by Hilton will anchor the District’s latest City Centre 4 building, with its upscale, award-winning, all-suite extended-stay hotel brand.

Homewood Suites by Hilton offers home-like accommodations for guests and their pets traveling for an extended stay or quick overnight trip. Homewood Suites will be integrated within the City Centre 4 building, taking the top nine floors from levels 17 to 25 with 132,000-square-foot total space including an elegant 6,000-square-foot rooftop amenity space offering a bar and patio, BBQ area, fire pit, and backyard lawn areas. The hotel will feature a range of 189 spacious studio and one-bedroom suites with separate living and sleeping spaces and fully equipped kitchens designed to allow guests to live, work and explore the local community.
